what will you learn

O foco deste curso é aprender a fazer criaturas tridimensionais, independente do formato ou tecido utilizado (não precisa ser pelúcia especificamente)


- Se você ainda não tem uma ideia do que fazer, na primeira aula conversamos, vemos referências e definimos o projeto e o material que será necessário.


- Se você já tem uma ideia e/ou materiais que quer utilizar, traga-os na primeira aula para definirmos o passo a passo do projeto.


Da segunda aula em diante confeccionaremos o projeto passando por alguns aprendizados:

  • como passar um formato tridimensional para o tecido que é bidimensional

  • como cortar o tecido

  • como costurar (máquina reta ou overlock)

  • qual enchimento utilizar e como encher

  • acabamentos e acessórios utilizados (olhos, roupas, etc)

  • costura à mão invisível para finalização e arremate



pré-requisitos: ter mais de 10 anos de idade. Não é necessário ter nenhum conhecimento prévio em costura à mão ou à máquina.

Mariana Gonçalves

Mariana Gonçalves tem bacharelado e licenciatura em Artes Visuais pela UNICAMP, fez cursos complementares de costura e outras técnicas têxteis no Textile Arts Center em Nova York e na Couture Lab em São Paulo. Entre 2012 e 2017 atuou na marca própria Cor e Coisa como designer de objetos utilitários em crochê e costura. Atualmente Mariana se dedica a sua pesquisa autoral em objetos e esculturas sensoriais dentro do campo da arte contemporânea, trazendo as aulas e cursos em seu ateliê como forma de compartilhar seu aprendizado com o público, gerando trocas que também alimentam seu processo criativo.

pricing // payment

  • values ​​are calculated based on R$60 per class hour

  • the total duration of the course varies according to the student's experience in the technique and according to the project that is elaborated in the first class, therefore the course is charged equivalent to the class hours, within the minimum and maximum pricing stipulated for the course modality.

  • the minimum price of R$120 is charged at the end of the first class (preparation of the project) and serves as a credit for the second hour of class of the course (return with materials to start the practice).

  • accepted payment methods: pix, debit and credit cards, cash

  • prepayment is not required in the Reservio online scheduling system

  • in the case of courses scheduled by doubles and/or trios, the value of the class is paid by each participant individually

  • the cost of material is not included in the course fee.

material

In the first class of the course, we prepare the chosen project and list the materials needed for its realization. You have complete freedom to choose the shapes, colors, textures, and finishes of the pieces you are going to make.

If you have the material in hand for the project, bring it to the first class of the course.

scheduling

  • Course classes can take place from Monday to Saturday at any time available in the Reservio online scheduling system, to check availability click here

  • it is not necessary to define a frequency of classes (ex: once a week) you can schedule the classes of the course according to your availability and with longer or shorter intervals.

  • there is no deadline to finish the course

  • the first class of the course must necessarily have only 1 hour  because then we will define the project, the duration of the course and the necessary materials - without the materials it is not possible to continue the course.

  • the duration of the other classes of the course is optional and can be scheduled in sequential hours (ex: a 2-hour class, a 4-hour intensive to finish the project) - minimum duration of one hour per class

  • you will receive a booking confirmation notice and a system reminder 24 hours before the class.

  • if there is a need to reschedule the class please notify at least 24 hours in advance, it is possible to cancel and reschedule the class through Reservio

  • classes are individual, but can be combined in pairs or trios for people who want to take classes together
