(f)ilhotas

(f)ilhotas is a set of small experimental territories. Delimited, each place brings a sculpture that carries different possibilities of deformation and organization, presenting small creatures that propose relationship games with the spectators who touch them.

Starting from a research on crochet technique in the three-dimensional scope, the magnetic properties of the magnets were added, which were used in various parts of the work as a means of expanding the organic characteristics of the shapes created and bringing, from the material's own strength, the vital sign of each piece.

The possibilities of moving the parts, joining and separating, sticking in different corners, generates a living form, constantly changed through the action of the spectator.
